The genomic DNA extraction kit allows scientists to obtain genomic DNA from various types of
biological samples including tissue, blood, buccal swab, and hair root in less than 10 minutes.
The DNA is suitable for PCR based applications such as sequencing and genotyping.
The extraction kit contains a unique color-coded buffer system allowing scientist to monitor and
track the progress of experiments. This buffer system minimizes operational mistakes
saving precious time and resources. The kit also contains a uniquely formulated 10X ready to load
PCR buffer allowing the user to examine the amplification result directly from PCR tubes.
We truly believe the kit will facilitate the discovery and experimental process by
shortening the time and steps required to obtain genomic DNA.
For genotyping services, we offer several platforms
including high throughput sequencing for Short Tandem Repeat (STR) or
Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) and matrix-assisted laser
desorption
ionization-time of flight (MALDI-TOF) for SNP based on the scale and
method of genotyping projects. We will be happy
to sign material transfer agreement or none-disclosure agreement so
that you can freely discuss your need with our scientist.
